What is an LPN to RN Bridge Program?
An LPN to RN bridge program is run by a degree-granting nursing school (not Achieve) and helps working LPNs/LVNs become RNs without starting from scratch. You’ll complete required prereqs, move into RN-level coursework, and finish in-person clinicals, and the typical outcome is:
Why Consider an LPN to RN Career?
Salary and Job Outlook
Test your readiness with exams that look and feel like the real thing.
The pay gap is real: RNs earn about $93,600/year at the median – plus a stronger job outlook with far more roles across care settings. It’s one of the most practical ways to increase earning power while widening your options in hospitals, clinics, home health, and beyond.

Career Advancement Opportunities
Stop wasting time on "fluff" and focus on the must-know content.
RN licensure opens doors – more autonomy, broader scope, and access to roles like charge nurse, care coordination, case management, and leadership-track positions. It also sets you up to stack specialties and credentials later, including a BSN if you want it.

Increased Flexibility & Specialization
You don't have to prepare alone.
As an RN, you get more choice in where and how you work – hospital, outpatient, home health, long-term care, and more. That broader scope also makes it easier to shift into specialties over time as your goals, schedule, and life change.

Can you tell me how to pass the NCLEX-RN?

How long will it be before I know if I pass the NCLEX-RN?
Your official results will be sent to you about six weeks after you take the NCLEX-RN. In some states, you may be able to pay for a quick results service which will allow you to access your “unofficial” results two business days after taking your NCLEX-RN exam.
How many times can I take the NCLEX-RN?
With the right preparation and Achieve Test Prep at your side, you will hopefully only need to take the NCLEX-RN one time.
