This is a 6-week, communicative Spanish course that covers intermediate and advanced grammatical structures of the Spanish language, as well as more vocabulary and different cultural situations. Customers will continue to cultivate their Spanish proficiency through a deeper interaction in the target language.
The Spanish II course emphasizes advanced speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in Spanish, as well as the cultures of Spanish-speaking peoples. This is the second half of a two-part course, both of which are needed to master the CLEP Language Examination.
This exam is designed to measure knowledge and ability equivalent to that of customers who have completed two to three semesters of college Spanish language study. The material taught during both years is incorporated into a single exam, covering both Level 1 and Level 2 content. This is not the actual college Prep Class, nor is it intended to deliver occupational skills.
CLEP ACE recommends 6 semester hours of credit for mastery of Level 1 content (a score of 50) and 9 semester hours of credit for mastery of both Levels 1 and 2 (a score of 63). (CLEP Exam)
